A few things you may want to know before you book and arrive.

  • We offer the convenience of private parking. Rest easy, knowing that your journey to and from a Hearthside Home will be stress-free and seamless. See below for more information:

    Hearthside Park Road

    The car park at Hearthside Park Road is a private car park shared between four apartments.

    Parking is limited to three cars for apartments: Hob Hurst, Calming Crescent and Longshaw Loft.

    Parking is limited to two cars for Lud’s Snug.

  • Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is 10am.

  • Although we will always try to accommodate an early check-in, we cannot guarantee this is always possible. Please contact us no later than 48 hours prior to your booking to enquire.

    Early check-in services are charged at £100 per hour.

  • Although we will always try to accommodate a late check-out, we cannot guarantee this is always possible. Please contact us no later than 48 hours prior to your booking to enquire.

    Late check-out services are charged at £100 per hour.

  • Yes. We are more than happy to provide a private chef via our Make It Perfect services. Simply add a Private Chef Package to your booking and our concierge will be in touch to arrange this for you.

  • Unfortunately we do not have the storage facilities on site to store your luggage prior to check-in and after check-out.

  • Yes. At Hearthside Park Road there are three electric charging points available.

  • Unfortunately we don’t have any accessible rooms as of yet, our properties are historic buildings that have undergone extensive renovation. We understand the unique nature of our property, which includes physical limitations. We are seeking ways to improve this in the future.

  • Yes, cots/ travel cots are available and can be provided on request. Please note you will need to bring your own linen for the cots provided.

  • Yes. We are more than happy to provide childrens toys through our Make It Perfect services. Simply add the Kids Entertainment Package to your booking and our concierge will be in touch to arrange this for you.

  • Yes, we are a dog-loving family so we welcome you to bring your four-legged companion along. They can accompany you free of charge. Please ensure you let us know about them no later than 48 hours before your booking, so we can organise dog beds and bowls to be left out for them. You can also make their stay p-awesome with our Pet Package.

  • We understand that things come up which may mean you need to cancel. Please see our cancellation policy here or feel free to contact us so we can talk you through the process.

  • Should anything happen during your stay, a member of our team is always available to help. Your welcome pack will include relevant information should something happen as well as a contact number for a member of our staff.
